If possible we suggest you put your lower handicap golfers out early in your programme.

Each player is expected to have a certified club or society handicap of 28 (gentlemen) or 36 (ladies) or less which can be shown on request.

4. Responsibilities:
The organiser is held responsible for the players and their guests on the Course and in the Clubhouse.
5. Disabled Access:
Disabled guests are very welcome. We provide special facilities at the rear of the Clubhouse for disabled guests to use to enable access to the first floor restaurant.
6. Refreshment Hut:
There is a refreshment hut conveniently situated on the course which is franchised out. It is normally open on most days in the summer months to provide service to members and visitors. We regret that the hut cannot be manned for your sole use. Arrangements can be made for refreshment hut costs to be charged to your account.
7. Insurance:
All visitors are automatically covered by the Club's Group Personal Public Liability & Accident scheme at no extra cost, details of which can be supplied if required.
8. Dress/Visitor Guidelines:
We suggest you issue our Visitor Guidelines to your participants & any guests when you send out your starting times. A printable copy is available in the Corporate & Societies section of the website. You could also draw attention to our website for information about the course.
We do have a number of guidelines which should be respected (it's no less so for our members). An appropriate standard of dress must be maintained, both on the Course and in the Clubhouse. No wet or muddy clothing is permitted in any bar area at any time, nor are golf shoes, waterproof clothing or hats. Shoes and socks must be worn at all times.
The following are NOT acceptable on the course:
Gentlemen must wear shirts with a collar, tucked in at the waist. Ladies may wear short golf shirts outside if they are specifically designed for that purpose with a collar or sleeve. All players must wear golf shoes on the course, soft spikes are neither required nor recommended by the Club.
Society evening meals: Gentlemen jackets with a shirt and tie or roll-neck sweater, Ladies smartly dressed (no shorts).
9. Prizes
Please note that individual prizes should not exceed £500, as anything above this would compromise amateur status.
10. Changing the date booked or cancellation:
If you need to change the date booked or cancel your event please contact the Secretary/Manager. If it is necessary to cancel a refund may be due in respect of the deposit paid in accordance with the Club's Refund Policy.
11. Helping You.......information:
