Weddings at Goring & Streatley Golf Club

Situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty with magnificent views of the Ridgeway & the Thames Valley we provide an ideal and exclusive venue for your wedding reception.

Every effort is made to ensure that each wedding reception is individual - no other weddings are booked on your day - and all aspects are tailored to your particular requirements.

The Reception

We can cater for up to 120 guests for the Wedding Breakfast and Evening Finger Buffet.

Menu requirements and advice on room layout, wines, champagnes and other beverages can be discussed in detail when making the initial booking - please refer to the relevant sections on the website for further information.

On arrival

Guests are offered a choice of Bucks Fizz or Pimms plus Orange Juice.

Menus

Chris Andrews, our Head Chef has designed menus to ensure that you have an excellent choice in deciding on a menu for your Wedding Breakfast. We do of course endeavour to provide for any special dietary requirements for all guests. Alternatively, you may have some ideas of your own, which we will be happy to consider. Our specially selected Wine List has fine wines from around the globe to compliment your day.

Wedding Costing - 2008

Wedding Breakfast and Evening Finger Buffet:

Minimum menu price per person £50.00 on an all inclusive basis.

Additional guests for the Evening Finger Buffet are charged £12.00.

Wedding Breakfasts without an Evening Finger Buffet are charged at £40.00 per person.

Room Hire:

No charges are made for use of rooms or the dance floor.

Wines and other beverages:

These are charged as arranged on booking.

Deposit

On acceptance of your booking a deposit of £10 per guest is payable.

All prices are inclusive of Value Added Tax at 17.5%.

Sue can provide you with detailed lists of florists, balloon suppliers, musicians, cake suppliers etc, that we are happy to recommend. Finding a suitable date for your Wedding day and confirming the booking will ensure your special day will be celebrated in style.
